Level 1: Food allergen awareness

The Level 1 Introduction to allergens program covers the basic terminology and principle’s on which HACCP is based. This training should be given to all employees who have any responsibilities under HACCP. The training lasts approximately 2.5 hours and concludes with a short multiple choice (tick box) test. Assistance can be provided to candidates with reading difficulties

Level 2: Introduction to Food allergens and their control

The level 2 programme is suitable for all employees, supervisors and managers involved in controlling allergens in food products
